An unconventional Buddhist temple by a meglomaniac contmporary artist, the White Temple (Wat Rong Khun) is fascinating and kind of creepy. The murals inside (no photography allowed) include classics like Hello Kitty and Angry Birds (very Buddhist) and lot of super heroes and awkward acknowledgments of world events.
